For measuring the effectiveness at our chair we use the Balanced Scorecard approach. Factors for our performance in teaching are, amongst others, student evaluation results, the number of passed exams, grades, the number of guest lectures as well as feedback from professionals from the field.
We constantly seek to improve on the above factors in order to develop our teaching efforts. We also always welcome ideas for improvement.
